hai hai...that was my last jogging..it was a nice day, although just 6 persons joined that jogging..we were at Gumul, kediri.. actually i don't like that photo above, *look.at.my.foot* yeah, you can see that it right? -____-

after jogging, we had breakfast and lunch at irfan's house.. we ate pecel (except me *i.don't.like.it*), omelet, meatballs, and ICE CREAM...love it :D
